果蔗拔地拉种性恢复试验研究

Study on characters restoration of chewing cane Badila

以未脱毒果蔗拔地拉为对照,对脱毒果蔗拔地拉进行种性恢复试验,结果表明:经脱毒处理后,果蔗节间增长3.7 cm,株高增加60.1cm,单位面积产量增长33.56%,明显促进果蔗的生长,改善果蔗的产量性状。此外,还提高叶片叶绿素含量、ATP酶活性,并减少花叶病发病株率,果蔗外观品质和内在品质得到改善,种植经济效益显著提高。因此,在生产上推广应用果蔗脱毒健康种苗具有重要的意义和很大潜力。

In the experiment, virus infected chewing cane variety Badila was used as the control, the characters restoration of virus-free chewing cane Badila were studied in fields. The results showed that applying virus-free treatment, the internode length of chewing cane increased 3.7 cm, the plant height increased 60. 1cm, and the yield per unit area of chewing cane increased by 33.56%, suggesting that the growth and the yield characters of chewing cane were improved. Moreover, virus-free treatment also increased the content of chlorophyll and the activity of ATP ase in cane leaves, reduced the rate of mosaic disease, and improved the appearance and inner qualities, so the economic benefits were increased significantly. Therefore, it would have important significance and large potential that virus-free healthy seedlings of chewing cane were applied and extended in production.
