摘要
本文提出一种基于专家系统和模糊约束的制订发电检修计划的方法。作者导出了一个具有可用于不同电力系统的通用结构的专家系统,此专家系统的规则可用于确定发电机检修的顺序及处理GMS问题的约束条件。为获得更灵活和更合理的GMS的解,有些约束的边界条件是以它们的模糊隶属函数来处理的。借助于本文提出的专家系统结构,可以方便地由不同的用户自己来构成不同的专家系统。对具有55台发电机和检修期为一年的实际情况,PC机上的计算时间为几分钟。此方法的有效性和效率已由计算结果证明。
An approach for Generator MainienanceScheduling (GMS) based on an expert system and fuzzy con-straints is proposed in this paper. The expert system with ageneralized construction that can be applied to different powersystems is deduced. The rules of the expert system can be usedto decide the maintenance priorities of the generators and totreat the constraints of GMS problem. In order to get a moreflexible and more reasonable GMS solution, some constraintbounds are treated with their fuzzy membership function. Un-der the generalized construction of the expert system, differ-ent users can easny define different expert systems by them-selves. The calculation time is within a few minutes on a per-sonal computer for one year maintenance scheduling of 55 gen-erators in a real system. The effectweness and efficiency ofthe approach can be ascertained by the calculation results.
