电针内关、心俞改善急性心肌缺血大鼠心率变异性的协同作用

Synergistic effect of electro-acupuncturing PC6 and BL15 on improving the heart rate variability parameters of acute Myocardial Ischemia Rats

目的观察电针内关和心俞穴对急性心肌缺血大鼠心率变异性的协同保护作用。方法40只大鼠随机分为对照组、模型组、内关组(电针内关穴)、心俞组(电针心俞穴)、内关+心俞组(电针内关和心俞穴)。通过舌下静脉注射垂体后叶素复制急性缺血性大鼠模型,观察电针治疗后心率变异性的变化。结果内关组、心俞组和内关+心俞组均能显著改善脑垂体后叶素所致的RR I延长、TV增大和LF/HF减小的作用,且内关+心俞组心率变异性的改善最为明显(P<0.05)。结论电针心俞和内关穴对急性心肌缺血大鼠的心率变异具有协同保护作用。

Objective To observe the synergetic protective effect of electro-acupuncturing （EA） PC6 and BL15 on improving the heart rate variability （HRV） parameters in acute myocardial ischemia in rats. Methods 40 rats were randomly divided into S groups, namely control group, model group, PC6 group that treated with EA at PC6 acupoint, BL15 group that treated with EA at BL15 acupoint, PC6 add BL15 group that treated with EA at both PC6 and BL15 acupoints. Injecting pituitrin into sublingual vein simulated the acute ischemic rats models. The changes of HRV were observed after treatment. Results The PC6 group, Bl15 group, PC6 add BL15 group could improve the lengthen RRI, larged TV and LF/HF smaller. The im- provement of the parameter of HRV was the most in PC6 add BL15 group than that in any other group （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion EA at both PC6 and BL15 acupoints has synergetic protective effect against acute myocardial ischemia.
