中西医结合治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭60例

Combine Chinese with Western medicine for chronic congestive heart-failure:an observation of 60 cases

目的观察中西医结合治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的疗效。方法对照组40例，予西医常规强心扩管利尿治疗，口服地高辛片、消心痛片、依那普利片、螺内酯片、美托洛尔片配合静滴硝普钠、速尿、西地兰等。治疗组60例，除上述治疗外，予本院制剂参麦宁心合剂80mL每日3次口服。15d为1个疗程，观察2～4个疗程。结果治疗组显效38例，有效17例，无效5例，总有效率91．67％；对照组显效14例，有效18例，无效8例，总有效率80％。两组经统计学处理，差异有统计意义（P〈0．05）。结论中西医结合治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭疗效肯定，优于单纯西医治疗。

Objective To observe the curative effect of combine Chinese with Western medicine for chronic congestive heart-faihre. Methods The control group（40 cases） were given cardiac diuretic and dilatation blood vessel what oral Digoxin, Sorbitrate, Enalapril, Spironolactone, Metoprolol Tartrate, cooperated intravenous drip Sodium Nitroprusside, Furosemide, Cedilanid-D and so on. The treatment add the Shenmai Ningxin Mixture. 15 days was one course of treatment and observed 2 to 4 courses. Results The total effective rate was 9L 67 % in the treatment group while that was 80.0 % in the control group. There was different in two groups（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion It has significant curative effect that combine Chinese with Western medicine for chronic congestive heart-failure, which superior to only Western medicine.
