中西医结合治疗肝源性腹泻临床体会

Clinical experience of combine Chinese with Western medicine for hepatogenic diarrhea

目的观察中西医结合治疗肝源性腹泻的临床疗效。方法将符合条件的50例患者随机分为治疗组30例和对照组20例,分别给予中西医结合治疗和西药治疗,并观察疗效。结果治疗组总有效率86.7%,对照组总有效率65.0%,两组比较具有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗肝源性腹泻有较好疗效。

Objective To observe the curative effect of combine Chinese with Western medicine for hepatogenic diarrhea. Methods 50 cases were divided into treatment group（30 cases） and control group（20 cases） randondy, given combine Chinese with Western medicine and Western medicine respectively. Observed the clinical effect. Results The total effective rate was 86.7 % in the treatment group while that was 65.0 % in the control group. There was different in two groups （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion There are better curative effect that combine Chinese with Western medicine for hepatogenic diarrhea.
