摘要
改革开放以来,中国经济高速增长,取得了举世瞩目的成就,但同时环境污染和生态破坏等问题也日益严重。21世纪,中国要实现经济增长和环境保护的"双赢",就必须走一条新的绿色发展道路。本文在分析中国实现绿色发展面临的主要挑战的基础上,提出了中国迈向绿色发展的战略思路。
China has maintained high-speed economic growth since reform and opening-up. However, the environmental pollution and the ecology destroy are day by day serious at the same time. In order to get the win-win situation between economic and environment, the strategies of green development must be established. Based on the analysis of the present challenges against green development, some strategies and countermeasures on green development in China are put forward.
