不同方法固定外伤性松动牙的临床疗效分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的比较金属丝结扎法、牙弓夹板法、钢丝-釉质黏合剂法、方丝弓正畸法4种固定方法治疗外伤性松动牙的疗效,寻求一种较为美观有效的固定方法。方法选择因外伤导致牙齿Ⅱ~Ⅲ度松动的病人146例共计243颗患牙,随机采用金属丝结扎法、牙弓夹板法、钢丝-釉质粘合剂法及方丝弓正畸法进行固定,观察疗效。结果使用钢丝-釉质粘合剂法与方丝弓正畸法的两个治疗组与其他两组疗效相比差异有显著性(P〈0.05),且钢丝-釉质粘合剂法较为美观。结论钢丝-釉质粘合剂固定法是一种无牙周刺激性,更清洁、更美观、更高效的松动牙或脱位牙固定方法。 Objective To evaluate the respective effects of tooth fixation by wire ligature, arch bar splint, stainless wire enamel adhesion, and edgewise appliance on loose teeth caused by trauma to find a more effective and perfect method for fixation. Methods A total of 243 teeth(146 cases) with Ⅱ - Ⅲ degrees loosening caused by trauma were randomly treated by wire ligature, arch bar splint, stainless wire enamel adhesion or edgewise appliance. The outcomes were observed. Results There was significant difference between the groups treated by stainless wire enamel adhesive or edgewise appliance and the other two groups. And the fixation of stainless wire enamel adhesion group was more desirable than that of edgewise appliance. Conclusion Stainless wire enamel adhesion is an effective method for fixation of loose teeth with the advantages of cleaning, high performance,efficiency and without periodontitan irritation.
