以工业滑轮注塑零件为实例,以三维模具设计软件Pro/E中的EMX模架设计专家系统为平台,介绍了注塑模具设计的基本流程。使用该软件可以大大缩短模具设计和加工周期,降低模具设计成本。
Taking the pulley as an example and 3D mold design software Pro/E EMX as a platform, the basic process of the mold design using Pro/E EMX was introduced. It can shorten the period of mold design and manufacture, and also lower the mold design cost.
