通过喷雾器喷头塑件注塑模具的设计,阐述了该模具脱模机构的设计方法,解决了该模具动模型芯的安装难题,复位机构采用弹簧复位,保证脱模机构顺利复位。

Based on the design of the injection mould for spray header, the design method for the demoulding mechanism was introduced. The spring replacement mechanism was adopted for the replacement structure to solve the assembling problem of the core of the moving plate, which ensures the replacement of the demoulding mechanism.
