学生在电子阅览室上机的动态情况,由于缺乏直观准确的数据统计,一直是管理中存在的难题。通过将原始上机数据导入到Excel中,应用Excel函数将上机数据按不同时间段进行分割处理,完成学生在电子阅览室上机动态数据的统计、比较、分析,使得电子阅览室在网络化、数字化的进程中,管理水平得到提升。该方法能为学校是否需要增加计算机的数量以及合理配置电子阅览室管理人员提供可靠的决策依据,同时也为进一步完善电子阅览室上机管理软件功能提供了方向。

Dynamics of students practicing computer in electronic reading room has always been a problem for lack of accurate statistical data. This paper introduced a new method of processing the data of students. By importing the data to excel and using statistics function of excel, we completed the statistics, compare and analysis of dynamic data of students in electronic reading room, the management of electronic reading room was improved in the process of network and digitalization. Practice has proved utility value of this method.
