Evaluating of measurement uncertainty for determination of ibuprofen in Ibuprofen Sustained Release Capsule

目的:对高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定布洛芬缓释胶囊中布洛芬含量的测量不确定度进行评估。方法:采用HPLC法测定布洛芬的含量,建立数学模型,分析不确定度来源。结果:通过对各变量的分析,计算各变量的不确定度,最后计算出合成标准不确定度。结论:本方法建立的数学模型合理、可靠。

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the uncertainty of measurement for determination of ibuprofen in Ibuprofen Sustained Release Capsule by HPLC. METHODSS The content of Ibuprofen in Ibuprofen Sustained Release Capsule determined by HPLC. Specify the statistical approach, identify the components of uncertainty. RESULTS Every components of uncertainty was evaluated by analyzing the various variable parameters among the procedures. The combined uncertainty was then finally obtained by synthesizing the uncertainties of various component variables. CONCLUSION The Statistical approach of measurement uncertainty established in this paper is reasonable and reliable.
