奥硝唑三联疗法治疗HP相关溃疡病的临床研究

Clinical study for ornidazole with triple therapy in helicobacter pylori related peptic ulcer

目的:评价奥硝唑三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌(HP)相关的消化性溃疡的疗效及其安全性。方法:将HP检测阳性,内镜检查为活动期十二指溃疡的患者分为治疗组,予雷贝拉唑、克拉霉素和奥硝唑;对照组予雷贝拉唑、克拉霉素和替硝唑;连用1周。然后两组继续使用雷贝拉唑1周。第28 d复查内镜并检测HP。结果:疗程结束后第28 d内镜检查结果和HP检测结果两组对比无统计学差异。结论:雷贝拉唑,克拉霉素,奥硝唑三联疗法对HP相关的消化性溃疡病具有良好的治疗作用和安全性。

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the efficacy and safety of ornidazole with triple therapy in the Hp related peptic ulcer. METHODS The patients with Hp infection and its duodenal ulcer were divided into two groups; the therapeutic group was treated with ornidazole, clarithromycin and rabeprazole for one week, while the controlled group was treated with tinidazole, clarithromycin and rabeprazole for one week. Then two groups were taken rabeprazole for another week. Endoscopy of Hp was checked at 28 days after therapy. RESULTS There was no statistic difference between two groups. CONCLUSION The triple therapy of rabeprazole, clarithromycin and ornidazole is effective and safety in treating the Hp related peptic ulcer.
