基于顾客价值的饭店业务流程再造研究 被引量:2

摘要 为顾客创造并传递卓越的顾客价值是企业保持持久竞争优势的源泉,然而建立在专业分工理论基础上的饭店运营系统,无法把创造顾客价值从业务流程上纳入管理状态并成为指导饭店采取具体行动的战略措施。本文分析了顾客价值理论与业务流程再造思想的关联性以及饭店业务流程对于顾客价值创造的困境,并基于顾客价值对饭店业务流程再造进行了探讨。
