防治奶牛乳房炎中药乳膏剂的研制与质量鉴定

研究氮酮在中药乳膏剂中的最适添加量,测定中药乳膏剂的稳定性及安全性,为临床提供安全有效药物奠定试验基础。应用色谱法对不同氮酮添加量乳膏剂中咖啡酸体外透皮量进行测定,通过稳定性试验、安全性试验对乳膏剂质量进行测定。中药乳膏剂中咖啡酸的透皮量未随着氮酮量的增加而增加,经最小二乘法拟合发现其最适添加量为4.33%;通过稳定性试验(离心试验、耐寒耐热试验与加速试验)未见中药乳膏出现分层破乳、霉败以及色泽、均匀性改变等现象;通过安全性试验(皮肤刺激性试验和过敏性试验)未见豚鼠出现红斑、水肿等皮肤过敏现象。中药乳膏剂中透皮剂氮酮的添加量为4.33%;此中药乳膏剂具较高的稳定性及安全性,为理想的防治乳房炎外用制剂。
