两种植物抑菌物质的提取及其抑菌效果测定 被引量:7

摘要 利用索氏提取和超声波提取方法提取筛选到的两种植物(凤毛菊和阴地蒿)中的抑菌活性物质,提取物对杨树叶枯病和烂皮病病原真菌进行了抑菌活性的筛选。研究结果表明:同一提取物在不同浓度下作用效果存在明显差异。凤毛菊索氏和超声波提取物对病原菌均有明显抑菌效果,但超声波提取条件下,浓度为0.8%时抑菌效果最为明显。阴地蒿的超声波提取液在浓度为1.5%时,对杨树烂皮病病菌有比较好的抑制作用。 Mycostatic materials were extracted from Saussurea auriculata and Silvaticae Poljak by ultrasonic extractor and Soxtllet's extractor, mycostatic test to Alternaria ahernata and Valsa sordida was done at the same time. The result showed that the same extracts have distinct different effect at different concen- tration. Extracts of Saussurea auriculata by Soxhlet's extractor and ultrasonic extractor all have mycostatic effect. But the extracts of Saussurea auriculata by ultrasonic extractor, it has best effect when its concentration is 0.8%. With the 1.5% extract concentration of Silvaticae Poljak by ultrasonic extractor, it has better inhibition rates to Valsa sordida compared with other ones.
