摘要 利用工业废渣研制高温固硫剂是解决中国散煤燃烧污染问题的有效措施,笔者系统地研究了影响固硫效果的因素,通过分析高温固硫剂的固硫机理,研制出以工业废料盐泥及电石渣为原料的新型固硫剂,这种固硫剂既能增加固硫剂的表面积同时也能增强固硫产物的高温稳定性,同时也对固硫添剂对燃煤的煤质的影响进行了研究,主要包括发热量、灰熔点及挥发份。 Using industrial waste as additives for sulfur fixed during combustion is an effective way to reduce air pollution, the factors affecting the sulfur removal efficiency during coal combustion at high temperature are system studied and the mechanism of additives on desulfurization efficiency during coal combustion at high temperature was studied. The new type additives, salt slurry and calcium carbide residues, are developed by using solid waste. This new type sulfur fixed reagent can increase its surface areas as well as its stability at high temperature. In this paper, the effect of sulfur fixed reagent on coal characters is also studied, mainly include calorific capacity, ash melting point and volatility.
