摘要
借助台湾泓格远程数据采集模块和MCGS工控组态软件,设计完成了DDC温度系统。系统以RS485通信协议与外部设备进行数据交换,实现数据采集与转换,以组态软件完成数据采集模块的驱动,并通过编写脚本程序,制作出用户界面友好、控制算法简单灵活,具有工程应用价值的实时及历史报表,直观的实时曲线和历史曲线。试验结果表明该系统具有良好的系统性能。
With the help of the remote data acquisition module oflCP DAQ and the MCGS industrial control configuration software, it designed the DDC temperature system. The system exchanged data with the external equipment through the serial communicating protocols of RS485 so that data acquisition and conversion could be achieved. The data acquisition module was droved by the configuration software and by writing the script procedure, a friendly user interface, simple and flexible control algorithm, real-time and historical report, intuitionistic real-time curve and historical curve would be offered. The result showed that the system has good performance.
