摘要
介绍了一种IPv6拓扑发现系统。如今有相当数量针对IPv4网络的拓扑发现技术,其中基于ICMP的探测方式对路由器级公共网络拓扑发现最为有效。由于IP和ICMP协议的改变,这些技术都无法直接应用到下一代网络中。针对以上问题,实现了IPv6网络环境下一系列拓扑发现方法和技术。利用Web Services提高了拓扑发现系统部署、配置和管理的灵活性,特别是探测性能的提升。在此基础上对获取的IPv6拓扑数据进行了分析和总结。
A kind of topology discovery system is introduced. A number of techniques for IPv4 network topology already exist. Of these, ICMP-based probing has shown to be most useful in determining router-level topologies of public networks. However, many of these tec hniques can't be readily applied to IPv6 because of changes in protocols of IP and ICMP. Due to problems above, a series of topology discovery methods and techniques for IPv6 is realized. Using web services promotes topology discovery system's flexibilities on deployment, configuration and management, especially the speed of probing. Based on those, the collected data is explained and analyzed.
