体外受精—胚胎移植治疗的妇女婚姻质量的调查

Study on marital quality of the female who enter IVF-ET treatment cycle

目的:探讨体外受精妇女婚姻质量及其与年龄、婚龄和拟生育时间的关系。方法:选取进行体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)治疗的81例不孕症妇女作为研究组,同期按均衡原选取50例已婚已育妇女为对照组,分别进行一般情况和01son婚姻质量(5因子)问卷调查。结果:研究组妇女婚姻质量5因子总分(179.17±21.44)分高于对照组(167.13±22.21)分,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。其中婚姻满意度和解决冲突方式2因子分值明显高于对照组(P<0.05),同时拟生育时间与性生活满意度呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论:IVF妇女的婚姻质量较高,但其性生活满意度随拟生育时间的延长下降。

Objective： Objective To detect marital quality of the female who enter IVF- ET treatment cycles and its relationship with their age, marital duration arid the time ready to have a baby. Methods： As study group, total of 81 infertility women who joined in IVF - ET treatment were soleted. At the same time, total of 50 primipame were selected as control group matching in age, marital duration and culture degree, They were investigated with general condition and 01 son marital quality questionaires. Results： 5 factors scores of marital quality of study group were higher than those of control group （ 179.17 ± 21.44 ） versus （ 167.13 ± 22.21） （ P 〈 0.05 ）. In particularly, marital astisfaction and methods of solving conflicts were better than those of control group （ P 〈0.05）. Negative correlation was shown between the time ready to have a baby and sex satisfaction. Conclusion： Marital quality of the female who entered IVF- ET treatment cycles was better than the primiparae. Their sex satisfaction will be dereased following the prolongation of the time ready to have a baby.
