回顾性分析总结879例小儿静脉应用葡萄糖酸钙发生外渗53例的原因及护理。认为发生外渗的原因主要有机体因素、血管因素、机械因素、护理因素及药物因素,并提出相应的护理措施。

Objective： Retrospectively analyzed reason and nursing of intravenous calcium gluconate extravasation 53 cases in 978 cases of pediatric. That the reasons for leakage in the main organisms ： individual factors, vascular factors, machanical factors, nursing factors and drug care factors, nursing and corresponding measures.
