摘要
基于模糊理论对城市电网供电能力进行评估时,因各因素的影响程度不同,需确定其重要度,即权重.建立了基于层次分析法确定权重的方法.该方法首先将各因素两两比较,得到量化的判断矩阵;再计算判断矩阵每行所有元素的方根值并归一化,得到特征向量的近似值;最后通过检验其一致性,得到权重向量.最后通过对某城区10kV配电网架空线路供电能力进行分析,验证了该方法的准确性和可行性.
In the evaluation for the power supply capability of distribution networks based on the fuzzy theory, the degree of importance, viz. weight of each evaluation factor needs to be determined due to the different influence of the factors. The AHP method is introduced to calculate the weight of each factor. Firstly, a quantified matrix is obtained by comparing these factors with each other. Then the approximate value of eigenvector is obtained by normalizing the extracting root of each row in the matrix. Finally, the coherence is checked to obtain weight vectors. The correctness and feasibility of this method has been proved by a calculation example of 10kV distribution network based on the proposed method.
