摘要
应用业界广泛采用的ITIL规范,为有效应对IT建设与运维管理的挑战提供了全面有效的解决方案。主要针对电信运营商企业的IT建设中的IT服务管理体系的规划及实施模式进行了分析研究,并结合上海电信实施IT服务管理实施案例,详细阐述了如何在规范和完善企业IT系统过程中,有计划、分步骤地实施ITSM解决方案,并对ITSM平台的相关系统接口进行整合。该项目的实施效果表明了方案的可行性,并具有一定的推广应用价值。
The widely adopted ITIL standard provides solutions face the challenge of IT construction and OAM. In this paper, analysis is made into the IT service system planning and implementation patterns within telecorm. Operators,and by using the case of Shanghai Telecom. Co. ,a detailed illustration is provided to show the exact implementation procedure and integration of relevant systems with ITSM platform. The result shows the feasibility of the scheme, which has certain practical values.
