摘要
超声波流量测量技术是一种利用超声波信号在流体中传播时所载流体的流速信息来测量流体流量的新的测量技术,他具有非接触式测量、测量精度高、测量范围宽、安装维护方便等特点,特别适合用于临时管道流量、大口径管道流量以及危险性流体流量的测量。本文介绍了一种采用数字信号处理技术的双频超声波流量计的硬件电路设计方法。
Ultrasonic flow measurement technology is a kind of new testing technology, which uses ultrasonic signal to measure the flow rate of fluid. The ultrasonic signal carries the flow rate information when it transmits in the fluid. It has the following advantages:non - contact measurement, high accuracy, wide scope, convenient installment and maintenance, and so on. It specially suits in the flux measurement of temporary pipeline,heavy- caliber pipeline and the risky fluid. This paper introduces one of the hardware circuit design of the ultrasonic flowmeter adopting the digital signal processing technology and the dual frequency method.
