摘要
针对一些地方综合性大学在教师教育培养方面的现状,提出了在学校内部要处理好学术性与师范性的关系,合理定位教师教育人才培养目标和培养模式,在学校外部依托国家和政府的支持,提高教师资格的准入门槛,建立地方教育行政部门、大学、中小学一体化的教师教育培养模式等对策。
By considering the current situation of teacher education and training in some local comprehensive universities, this paper puts forward the following suggestions: Coping with the relationship between academics and normality; Reasonably setting up the personnel training goal and the training mode of teacher education; Improving the access threshold for qualified teachers by relying on support of the country and the government; Establishing the teacher education mode by integrating local education administrative departments, universities, primary and secondary education.
