基于凌阳SPCE061A的胶质层测定仪温度测控系统设计

摘要 以凌阳16位单片机SPCE061A为核心,通过集成温度传感器MAX6675构成胶质层测定仪温度控制及精度校正自动测量控制系统。可将热电偶测控温时复杂的线性化、冷端补偿校正及数字化输出等问题通过一个芯片解决,转换数据通过单片机的串口传送。大大简化了胶质层测定仪中热电偶测控温度系统领域复杂的软硬件设计,具有测量精度高,测量范围广的特点,是构成胶质层测定仪热电偶测控温嵌入式系统的理想解决方案。 A temperature measurement and control system of the gelatinous layer measuring instrument is introduced, by using 16 bits single-chip microcomputer Sunplus SPCE061A as the MUC and integrated temperature sensor MAX6675. It can make easier solution of the complex linearization, cold compensation and digital data transfer of the thermocouple temperature measurement through a chip MAX6675. The conversion data is transmitted through the serial port of MCU. It greatly simplify the complex hardware and software design of the thermocouple temperature measurement and control system, has high precision and wide measuring range characteristics, is a ideal solution of the embedded temperature measurement and control system of the gelatinous layer measuring instrument.
