老年高血压病血尿酸浓度测定及临床意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨高血压病与血尿酸水平的关系。方法选择112例老年高血压病合并冠心病患者和105例冠心病患者(排除心功能Ⅳ级以外的其他类型),年龄均≥75岁,应用尿酸氧化酶法测定血尿酸浓度(男≥420μmol/L,女≥360μmol/L为高尿酸血症)。结果高血压病合并冠心病组血尿酸水平明显高于冠心病组(P<0.01)。结论高尿酸血症是高血压病的危险因素之一。 Objective To study the relationship between hypertension and hyperuricemia in the aged. Methods The levels of uric acid of all patients were measured, If the serum uric acid (SUA) level is higher than 420μmol/L in male patients or higher than 360μmol/L in female patients, they were diagnosed as hyperuricemia(HUA). And the relationship between SUA level and hypertension was analyzed. Results The incidence and the concentrations of SUA in the elderly hypertension combining Coronary heart disease were higher than those in Coronary heart disease ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions: Hyperuricemia was one risk factor in patients of hypertension.
