牵引、推拿配合TDP照射治疗腰椎间盘突出症60例临床观察

Clinical Observation on Lumbar Intercalated Disc Hernia Treated with Physical Therapy and TDP Radiation

目的观察用牵引加推拿方法冶疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法将60例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组采用牵引、推拿后局部TDP(电磁波治疗仪)照射法,对照组采用牵引,TDP照射法。结果治疗2个疗程后两组疗效对比,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论用牵引、推拿加TDP照射治疗腰椎间盘突出症,是一种方便、安全、有效的方法。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of treatment on lumbar intercalated disc hernia with physical therapy and massage. Methods 60 cases of such patient were divided into therapy group and control group. The tract, massage and TDP were taken in therapy group and the massage and TDP were used in control group. Results The curative effect in therapy group was better than that in control group with P 〈 0.05. Conclusion This method might be easy, safe and effective for lumbar disc hernia.
