摘要
目的调查黎族3个支系Y染色体上3个短串联重复序列基因座及单倍型的遗传多样性,探讨黎族不同支系的起源与关系。方法对所有样本的3个Y-STR位点进行PCR扩增,产物在ABIPRISMTM377 DNA Sequencer上进行电泳,结果用Genotyper2.5软件进行分型。结果在3个Y-STR基因座,3个支系人群共发现15个等位基因,25种单倍型。本地黎12个等位基因,8种单倍型,杞黎10个等位基因,9种单倍型,亻孝黎10个等位基因,20种单倍型。单倍型的遗传多样性分别为0.611,0.677,0.871。结论调查的3个Y-STR基因座的等位基因分布有较好的地区种族差异,对海南岛黎族起源、迁移以及各群体的相互关系研究有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the polymorphism of allelic frequencies and haplotype frequencies of three Y - chromosome STR Ice: DYS390, DYS393 and DYS395 in samples of three Li ethInic subpopulation. Methods Three loci in all samples were amplified by PCR. Products were electrophoresed on ABI PRISMTM377 DNA sequencer. The results of electrophoresis were analyzed by Genotyper 2.5 software. Results There 15 alleles and 25 genotypes were found in Li ethInic subpopulation on Hainan Island. 12 alleles and 8 haplotypes in Benti - Li group, 10 alleles and 9 haplotypes in Qi - Li group, 10 alleles and 20 haplotypes in Ha - Li group. The haplotype genetic diversity are 0.611,0.677,0. 871. Conclusion The high informative haplotypes make these Y - STRs useful for investigation of the origins and migration of monority nationalities and their relationship.
