摘要
将阻抗概念引入化学清洗技术中,采用交流阻抗技术研究化学清洗过程中所涉及的电化学电池及其行为,建立了电极体系在清洗过程中的等效电路,推导了化学清洗电化学过程的交流阻抗复平面图,然后从这些模型中解析出相关的化学信息,并用于指导实际的生产工艺,为化学清洗技术的发展提供了新的思路。
The concept of alternating current impedance was introduced into chemical pickling technique. Electrochemical electrode and it's behaviors in the process of chemical cleaning were investigated by alternating current impedance technique. An equivalent circuit of electro was postulated and the alternating current impedance diagram of the process was deduced, From the models some chemical information was opment of chemical parsed, that was used to direct the practice. By the way a new idea for the develcleaning technique was provided.
