This paper discussed the basic principle to extract the surface deformation by Three Pass D - InSAR technique. It validated the practicability of D - InSAR technique in surface deformation monitoring through calculation and analysis. It also compared the acquired observations by this method with traditional leveling measurements and obtained some results.
