机械密封焊接波纹管波片的应力计算及分析 被引量:23

摘要 利用ANSYS有限元程序对机械密封焊接金属波纹管波纹膜片进行应力分析计算.通过实例求出由轴向变形力、薄膜应力和离心应力3种静态应力组合的总应力.结果表明:波纹管的应力主要由轴向位移载荷引起,应严格控制波纹管压缩量的大小;通过增加最大应力点所在圆弧的曲率半径来减小最大应力,提高膜片的使用寿命. ANSYS was used to calculate the stress within membranes of welded metal bellows used for mechanical sealing. An actual example was taken for determining the total stress composed of three kinds of static stress, such as axial deformation stress, membrane stress, and centrifugal stress. The result showed that the stress within the bellows was mainly caused by the load due to axial displacement. So, it would be necessary to control strictly the compressive amount of the bellows ; the maximum stress could be decreased, and endurance life of membrane could be enhanced by increasing the curvature radius of the circular arc at the point of maximum stress.
