Study on Support System of Bringing Circular Economy into Effect

为了使循环经济能够顺利实施,并取得良好的效果,促进环境、经济、社会可持续发展,通过分析国内外循环经济实施的成功经验,从法律、科技、经济、文化等方面探讨和分析其在循环经济实施中的作用,并建立了循环经济保障体系,包括相应的法律法规;强大的技术支撑;经济鼓励政策以及宣传教育。

To bring circular economy into effect and promote development among environment, economy and society, by analyzing experiences home and abroad, the support system was constructed from discussing in different aspect including law, technology, economy, culture and analyzing bringing circular economy into effect. The support system was made up of four aspects including corresponding law, powerful technique support, hortative economic policy and education.
