A Limited View of the Affection & Marriage Ballads in the Folk Songs of Bei,Yong,Wei in The Book of Songs

《诗经》邶、鄘、卫婚恋诗数量很多,其中一个非常显著的特色就是多弃妇诗。这些弃妇诗中,一方面保留了该地区地域文化中婚姻恋爱较为自由的习俗;另一方面,又受周礼的影响,提出婚姻应受到家庭和社会规范的制约。

There are a lot of affection and marriage ballads in the folk songs of Bei, Yong, Wei in The Book of Songs. All of the affection poems have a special characteristic. These ballads describe that boys and girls in the area could communicate and love each freely because of their regional cultural customs while they must observe the rules of the Zhou Dynasty. One of the most important characteristics is that there are many folk songs about the abandoned wives in The Book of Songs in the area. This paper wants to discuss about them separately.
