明代时随着商品经济的发展,牙行在社会经济生活中的作用越来越重要。明政府对牙行的管理制定了比较完备的法律规范,从禁止到开放,使牙行在明朝的经济发展中起到了促进作用。这些法律政策值得今人借鉴。

Along with the development of the commodity economy in the Ming Dynasty, Yahang became more and more important in the society and economic livelihood. The government of the Ming Dynasty made relatively adequate law system during the management of Yahang. According to the law system, changes from being forbidden to being free enabled Yahang to play a promoting role in the economy of the Ming Dynasty. The law system is worth us studying.
