毛喉鞘蕊花挥发性成分的气相色谱-质谱联用分析

Determination of volatile constituents from Coleus forskohlii (Willd.) by GC-MS

目的分析植物毛喉鞘蕊花的挥发性成分。方法用乙醚对药材粗粉进行索氏提取,浓缩得浸膏后用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)对其成分进行分析。结果和结论共分离出34个峰,鉴定出23种化合物。主成分为单萜和倍半萜,包括α-蒎烯、石竹烯等。

Objective To analyze the volatile constituents from Coleus forskohlii（Willd.）. Methods Coleus forskohlii （Willd.） was extracted by aether, and the volatile constituents were analyzed by GC-MS. Results and conclusion Altogether 34 compounds were separated and 23 of them were identified,most of whom are monoterpenes and sesquiterpenes and such as a-pinene and caryophyllene.
