摘要
通过利用全氟辛基磺酰氟与N-(β-氨乙基)-γ-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷的选择性反应,合成了一种新型的合氟表面改性荆,同时探讨了该合成反应的机理。该表面改性剂的疏水化度被表征且使用了FT—IR光谱分析对其化学结构进行了鉴定。该表面改性荆具有优异的疏水性,易分散在环氧树脂中。通过对该环氧树脂组成物的耐老化试验及光学显微镜分析对其添加效果进行了评价,结果显示该环氧树脂组成物具有较好的耐老化效果。
A novel surface modifier containing fluorine was synthesized by the selective reaction of N-(β-Aminoethyl)- γ-aminopropyl trimethoxysilane and perfluorooctanesulfonyl fluoride, and the reaction mechanism was also discussed. The hydrophobicity of the surface modifier was measured and its structure was identified by the FT-IR spectrum. The surface modifier has excellent hydrophobicity and can easily disperse in epoxy resin. The additivity effect of the surface modifier in epoxy resin were evaluated by the aging test and the optical microscope analysis of the resulting resin compound. The result showed that the weatherability of the compound was well.
