板坯高温加热制造Hi-B取向硅钢

摘要 热轧前,板坯进行两阶段加热,即,煤气加热炉加热阶段和电磁感应加热炉加热阶段,前者温度范围为1000~1170℃,这时的保护气氛为O2≤2%;后者温度范围为1380~1470℃,这时的O2浓度为≤3000ppm,保温时间为5~25min。高温高效加热需满足条件:20≤X·[ω/(T+273)]^1/2≤60(1+Q/P)。 In front of hot rolling the slab is heat two stages,namely,gas reheating furnace heating stages and electromagnetic induction reheating furnace heating stages, the former temp. in the region of 1000- 1170℃ under the condition of ≤2%O2 concentration in an atmosphere,the latter the slab is heated up to 1380- 1470 deg. C slab-center temp. in an atmosphere of ≤3000ppm O2 concentration and held at a temp. in the above region for 5-25min to undergo soaking treatment, high tern. and high efficiency heating condition need satisfies the relationship in an inequality : 20≤ Xo[ω/(T+ 273) ] 1/2≤60 ( 1 + Q/P).
