摘要 依据特尔菲法从影响护士长绩效的诸多因素中设计出5类20项量化指标,并根据指标的相对重要性,运用层次分析法计算各指标组合权重系数,建立行之有效的护士长绩效考评体系,为护理管理提供科学、客观的护士长绩效考评工具。
