音乐疗法对臂丛阻滞麻醉镇痛效果的影响

Influence of brachiplex blocking anesthesia on analgesia effect by adopting music therapy

[目的]探讨音乐疗法对断指再植术中臂丛阻滞麻醉镇痛效果的影响。[方法]将200例臂丛阻滞麻醉下行断指再植术病人随机分为观察组和对照组,各100例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上给予音乐疗法。观察两组病人术中生命体征、焦虑程度、镇痛效果、改用全身麻醉例数、麻醉并发症情况。[结果]观察组病人血压、焦虑程度、疼痛指数、改用全身麻醉例数、麻醉并发症等明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]音乐疗法可减轻病人术中紧张情绪,稳定病人血压,减轻疼痛程度。

Objective： To probe into the influence of music therapy on analgesia effect of brachiplex blocking anesthesia for patients undergoing replantation of amputated finger operation. Method： A total of 200 patients undergoing replantation of amputated fingers operation under brachiplex blocking anesthesia were divided into test and control group randomly （100 patients each）. Patients of control group were provided nursing care as in routine. Patients of test group were given music therapy based on routine nursing care. Indexes including vital signs, anxiety degrees, analgesia effect, the number that changed to general anaesthesia, and corm plications of anesthesia of both group cases were observed. Result： In terms of blood pressure, anxiety degree, pain index, the number that had changed to general anesthesia, and complications of anesthesia, patients of the test group were lower than that of control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Music therapy could relieve intraoperative tension emotion, stabilize blood pressure, and relieve pain degree for patients undergoing brachiplex blocking anesthesia.
