阿立哌唑与利培酮疗效及安全性评价

Evaluating the effect and safety of aripirazole and risperidone

目的探讨阿立哌唑与利培酮治疗精神分裂症的疗效及安全性。方法将84例精神分裂症患者随机分为两组,分别给予阿立哌唑与利培酮,治疗8周。采用阳性、阴性症状量表(PANSS)评定疗效,用不良反应量表(TESS)评定不良反应。结果阿立哌唑组和利培酮组显效率分别为78.6%和76.2%,利培酮组体重增加、内分泌紊乱副作用高于阿立哌唑组。结论阿立哌唑与利培酮治疗精神分裂症的疗效相仿,锥体外系反应比利培酮少,是一种有效、相对安全的抗精神病药物,尤其适合女性患者。

Objective To detect the clinical and side effect of aripirazole and risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia. Methods 84 schizophrenic patients had been divided into aripirazole group and risperidone group randomly and treated for 8 weeks.Positie and negative symptom scale （PANSS）,and treatment emergent respectively. Results The effective rates of ariplrazole and risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia were 78.6% and 76.2%. There were no significant difference in efficacy between aripirazole and risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia.Conclusion Aripirazole as well as risperidone is one of antipsychotics and less EPS in the treatment of schlzophrenia,and aripirazole is more fit for female patients.
