综述了抑郁症致冠心病发生、发展的可能机制有炎症学说、血小板聚集增强、脂质代谢紊乱和心率变异性下降,冠心病致抑郁的机制有社会心理因素及生理机制五大学说;对冠心病并发抑郁的干预也进行了阐述。

It summarized the possible mechanisms of onset and development of depression induced coronary artery disease including inflammation doctrine, reinforcement of platelet aggregation, lipid metabolism disorder and heart rate variant degression. It expounded five doctrines of social and psychological factors and physiological mechanisms, and intervention of coronary artery disease patients complicated with depression.
