介绍了非体外循环冠状动脉旁路移植术(OPCAB)后寒战发生机制及对机体的影响,主要从病人本身、环境、麻醉、输液输血、气管插管、皮肤直接散热方面对非体外循环冠状动脉旁路移植术后病人寒战的影响,提出了相应的护理措施。

It summarized the influencing factors of patients with postopera- tive shivering after undergoing nonextracorporeal circulation coronary artery bypass operation from aspects of autochthonous factors of patients, environmental factors, anesthetic factors, fluids and blood transfusion, tracheal intubation and skin direct thermolysis. And it put forward some corresponding nursing measures as well.
