摘要
博客作为一种个性化的个人信息管理系统,越来越受到校长们的青睐。博客有利于校长进行教育叙事研究,能够提升校长的反思能力,有利于校长间知识的融合与转化,能有效地促进校长科研能力的提升,同时还有利于校长克服职业倦怠心理。因此,将博客引入校长的专业培训,建立校长博客的评估机制,加强区域性、校际性博客群的整合,提高校长博客的访问量,能够进一步促进校长的专业化成长。
Blog, an individualized personal information management system, has been arousing more and more interest among the top leaders of schools. It helps them conduct research in education, promote interaction among them, enhance their ability to reflect and do scientific research and prevent them from getting tired of their work. Therefore, their professional development can be improved if blogging is included in school leader training programs, a blog-based assessing system is established and the blogs in different regions and schools are successfully integrated.
