摘要
随着高校人事制度的改革以及用人门槛的提高,实验技术人员的学历层次也不断提高。实验技术队伍建设的重点应该从原来的改善外界环境、提高学历水平等方面尽快转移到一个更高的层面——培养提高实验技术人员的职业自我效能感,使每个实验技术人员成为自身职业发展的主人,认识到只要努力实现自我更新,就能胜任自己的岗位职责,提升自己的生命质量。
As reforms have been introduced in the college personnel system and more exacting demands made upon employees, the educational qualification of laboratory technicians has also been improved. Therefore, emphasis should be laid on the improvement of laboratory technicians' career self-efficacy instead of the improvement of the external environment and their educational qualification. Only in this way will they become the master of their own career development and realize that they can qualify themselves for their jobs and improve the quality of their life if they endeavor to reinforce their skills and update their knowledge.
