试论以预防为重点开展高校危机干预工作

A Study of Prevention-Oriented Crisis Intervention in Institutions of Higher Learning

危机干预工作是高校心理健康教育工作中的富有挑战的重要部分。当前高校危机干预工作存在以下问题:危机意识缺乏,观念落后保守,学校相关部门没有引起足够的重视;大学生心理健康教育不普及以及学校心理咨询滞后;缺乏项目风险管理的整体意识,危机干预工作开展不全面。由此,目前开展高校危机干预工作应该以预防为重点,深入调查研究危机产生的原因;挖掘生命教育内涵,全方位实施心理危机干预;将一级预防和三级预防相结合,加强大学生心理健康教育和危机后个体的追踪。

Crisis intervention is a challenging and important part of mental health education in universities. Problems in crisis intervention include lack of crisis consciousness, conservative and out-of-date ideas, insuffi- cient attention paid to the matter, unpopularity of mental health education and crisis intervention, a lag in psy- chological counseling, and want of awareness of comprehensive risk management. Therefore, in order to solve these problems, we should lay emphasis on prevention and study the root cause of crises carefully. We should also clarify the connotation of life education, carry out all-around crisis intervention and, by combining the first-grade and the third-grade prevention, promote mental health education for college students and keep track of the individuals with serious mental problems.
