摘要
假设吸附过程始终处于平衡态、气泡大小均一以及每一个气泡均为正十二面体,构建了泡沫分离过程的数学模型。模拟了液池中蛋白质在气液界面上的吸附过程和泡沫层中气泡的失水过程,得出了富集比的表达式,可用于分离效果的预测。经验证,模型与实验条件下的泡沫分离过程基本符合。
A mathematic model of foam fractionation was set up based on the following assumptions: adsorption equilibrium, same bubble size and regular dodecahedron model of real bubbles. The adsorption process of soy protein molecules at the gas-liquid interface and water-loss process in the foam layer were simulated. A formula of the enrichment ratio was deduced to predict the separation effect. The simulation results agreed well with experimental data. The main reason causing deviations was the over-simplification of the model due to ignoring bubble coalescence.
