摘要
本文主要介绍一种采用ＲＳ－４２２串行通讯方式，实现质量流量计远程监测与管理的计算机监测系统。该系统软件采用ＷＩＮＤＯＷＳ环境下面向对象和事件触发的编程方式，具有多任务支持、后台数据库连接、实时打印和报表管理等先进功能。该系统的实现为国内质量流量计用户提供了一种新的运行和管理模式，具有明显的经济效益和推广应用价值。
: In this paper, we design the fault arbitrator for the dual-computer system based on fault-tolerent technology and figure- safty-comparing technology. The arbitrator can endure long working time with high reliability and is characterized by it high accuracy.
