摘要
在45#钢表面制备了NiCrWRE合金粉末喷熔层,利用球-盘摩擦试验,进行了NiCrWRE合金粉末喷熔层与SAE52100钢球的干摩擦磨损试验研究。结果表明:NiCrWRE合金喷熔层具有良好的耐磨性和较低的摩擦系数,在低速轻载条件下,镍基合金喷熔层的磨损机理为微观切削;高速重载时,表现为粘着磨损和磨料磨损,喷熔层表面形成了致密的氧化物膜,有效地降低了磨损率。
NiCrWRE alloy powders were thermally sprayed on to a 45 carbon steel substrate. Tribological and wear properties of coatings were tested under SRV reciprocating sliding test (ball-disc contact). The results show that friction coefficient and wear rates of NiCrWRE alloy coatings are lower. The wear mechanism of NiCrWRE alloy coatings is micro-plowing at low sliding speed and light load, and then transforms to adhesive wear and abrasive wear at high sliding speed and heavier load. It is concluded that the oxidizing film formed on the worn surface makes a contribution to an increase in the coating wear resistance.
