摘要
分别测定了穿龙薯蓣种子的水浸提液、水浸泡液与乙醚浸提液对穿龙薯蓣种子萌发、以及对白菜和小麦种子萌发和幼苗生长的抑制活性;用水、乙醚、乙醇和丙酮浸泡穿龙薯蓣种子,比较其对种子中抑制物质的去除效果。结果表明:穿龙薯蓣种子中含有一定活性的内源抑制物质,其对白菜幼根生长的抑制活性高于对白菜种子萌发的抑制活性,对小麦叶绿素含量、鲜质量和α-淀粉酶的活性高于对小麦种子萌发的抑制活性,并且对穿龙薯蓣自身种子萌发也有明显的抑制作用;室温用乙醚浸种12 h可以提高种子发芽率。据此,建立了穿龙薯蓣种子的催芽技术。
An experiment was conducted to study the inhibitory activities of aqueous extracts, soaking solution with water and extraction solution with aether from Dioscorea nipponica seeds on seed germination of D. nipponica, seed germination and seedling growth of Brassica chinensis arid wheat. The D. nipponica seeds were soaked with water, aether, ethanol and acetone respectively, and their effects on reducing inhibitory substance were compared. Results show that endogenous inhibitory substance exists in D. nipponica seeds, and the inhibitory activity of the endogenous inhibitory substance on the growth of young roots is stronger than that on seed germination of B. chinensis. The inhibitory activities of the endogenous inhibitory substance on the chlorophyll content, fresh weight and the activity of α-amylase are higher than that on seed germination of wheat. The endogenous inhibitory substance also significantly inhibits the seed germination of D. nipponica. The germination percentage increases by soaking the seeds with ether for 12 hours under room temperature. A stratification technique for D. nipponica seeds is hereby obtained.
