摘要
为提高抽油杆的表面耐磨性能,选用20CrMo作为试样材料,采用合金加石墨混合粉末作为涂层原材料,利用氧乙炔热喷涂装置,在20CrMo试样表面上制备出耐磨涂层.采用销盘式摩擦磨损实验机,进行20CrMo及涂层的干摩擦磨损实验,并利用扫描电镜对涂层组织和磨损表面观察和分析.实验结果表明,涂层的摩擦因数比20CrMo低1倍左右,磨损失重量低半个数量级,说明涂层可以提高20CrMo的表面耐磨性能,涂层中的石墨润滑作用是其耐磨性高的主要原因.
In order to improve wear-resistance of the sucker rod,20CrMo was used as material of experiment samples,alloy and graphite powders were used as material of the layer,an acetylene blowtorch of thermal spray apparatus was used to apply a wear-resistance layer to 20CrMo surface.A pin-on-disc wear tester was used to test the dry sliding friction behavior of 20CrMo and layer.Microstructure of layer and morphology of worn surface was examined using a scanning electron microscope.The results of experiments indicate that the friction coefficient of the layer is a half of that of 20CrMo.Wear loss of the layer is 1/5 of that of 20CrMo.It means that the layer can greatly improve wear-resistance of 20CrMo.The lubricant graphite in the layer plays an important role in wear-resistance improvement.
